Water & Sewer Billing: Water and Sewer usage is billed quarterly as follows: February: for Nov/Dec/Jan May: for Feb/Mar/Apr August: for May/June/July November: Aug/Sept/Oct Bills are calculated on usage and not time periods.  Call the office if you are moving from your current address to get a final meter reading/ billing.  Feel free to call if you have any questions regarding your bill. Occasionally, it is necessary to estimate your bill. A $25 Spring Inspection Fee is charged for sprinkler systems. A $25 fee is charged for turning on or shutting off service.
